Stephen Caunter is the Business Training Manager at ANZ, and his motto is enthusiasm, entertainment and knowledge. Ask him what his job is, and he will tell you that he’s a “storyteller”. These attributes make Stephen a highly successful facilitator of Business Training workshops, covering a range of business topics and designed to help the attendees run more successful businesses. Stephen is particularly passionate about the topics of Networking, Marketing and Customer Service, and at the IOA Summit he will be speaking on How to Keep Customers Coming Back.
Stephen’s career with ANZ Bank spans over 36 years and a variety of roles. The majority of his career has been dedicated to working with business customers and helping them with the issues they face. He is well regarded as a conference speaker and since 2006, he has presented over 900 workshops and seminars to over 8000 participants. Outside work, Stephen is interested in all kinds of sports : he’s a rugby referee, a fly fisherman, a whitebaiter and, when time permits, likes to turn his hand to restoring vintage machinery.
