IOA at the OPT-INT Conference 2018

IOA member Jayahree Vasani recently visited the IIOO EXPO in Chennai where she took part in the OPT-INT conference.

OPT-INT was billed as an exclusive conference partnering with IIOO EXPO to discuss deliberate, exchange and explore the innovation in eye care. The conference is beneficial for optometrists, opticians, ophthalmologists, academicians, and optometry students.

Jayahree ran two workshops on Low Vison alongside Sarika Gopalaknishnan. She also gave a talk on Safety eye wear – Scope in Optometric Practice.

Each speaker was presented with a trophy.

Attendees included, Jothi Balaji, Senior Manager Optometry, Dr Viswanathan, DGM Head Optometry and Optical services, Anuja R Singh, Vice Principal and HOD Optometry education, Program Director FBDO India and head of Low Vision Clinic Sankara Nethralaya Sarika.
