As opticians one of the most routine tasks we perform every day is the fitting and adjusting of spectacle frames. Sounds easy, doesn’t it? But with so many different materials around we must have a keen knowledge of what spectacle frames are made of, how to fit them to faces, how to adjust and repair them and of course, what products may damage them.
